191 Prime Closure Information

Everyone here at 191 Prime would like to thank you, our patrons, for making this restaurant a great place for friends, food, music and fun. Unfortunately, due to influences beyond our control we have been forced to close 191 Prime. 

If you hold a VIP Membership Card or Gift Card for 191 Prime, there may be a credit balance remaining on your card. If you have one of these cards in your possession, please contact us so we can arrange refund of any balance remaining.

In order to issue a VIP/Gift card refund, we will need the following information emailed to refund@191prime.com:
     • Your full name
     • The 19 digit card number located on the reverse side of the card
     • The 8 digit PIN number on the back of the card
     • A valid mailing address
